“Whimsical” brand starts again

Recently, after a period of rest, the American brand Lou Dallas released the latest series 2024Resort, inspired by rhythmic gymnasts, a series of collage leggings and bicycle shorts in her signature mixed color shades, made of strong cotton, able to withstand Intense workouts or brutal New York summers.

Brooklyn-based designer Raffaella Hanley launched Lou Dallas in 2013. Known for his whimsical, one-of-a-kind pieces. 2019 Finalist for the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund, known for sustainable fashion.

Most of Lou Dallas’ designs are drawn from clothing stocks or recycled textiles, plus some handmade details such as knitting or embroidery. Committed to creating a second-hand luxury culture with interesting and complex fabric splicing.

After a brief hiatus, creative designer Raffaella Hanley returns with a new Lou Dallas24 Resort collection. “I wanted to hone the vision and make sure the quality of the ‘clothes’ was what I had in mind.”
